Growing up in a military family, moving was a regular occurrence. With each move, I had to make new friends and connects that would eventually dissolve over time. To make each transition bearable, I began drawing. Years later, art became the main tool I used to help guide me through each transition.
I began to combine my love for urban culture with my style of artwork. Since then, art has become a way for me to capture my journey into music, dance, and culture. From sneakers to jazz and breakdancing, my goal is to put those influences on canvases so that others can appreciate that subject. I hope that those who see my work are taken back emotionally to an experience that helped shaped the person they are today.

Sean Hagwell recently did a photo shoot with me and my artwork. His team recorded the behind the scenes material and chopped it up into a really sweet video. The piece I'm working on in the picture is of John Legend. If you don't know who he is you should definitely research him because his music is sure to be something you can jam to.
A very special project was taken on for The 5th installation the sneaker show, Shoe Shine. I used the broken record style with color to capture one of the best producers of our time, J Dilla. This is a very special piece that was not taken lightly. I poured alot of time and effort to make sure that this piece is as inspirational as J Dilla's beats.
